the heartbeat

I want to write about what makes my heart beat. In my other blog ( Here I am, Send Me!), the focus is mainly missions- you know, going into all the world to preach the Gospel. And, I will write about that here too because it is definitely a "blood pumper." But, I want to share other things as well. Things like..

*what God is teaching me while I mother a little Picasso and an independent 7 month old and..

Picasso (AKA Josh) and Miss Independent (AKA Marie)- Oh, and hubby Craig and me!

*how I work through easy and hard times as a spouse, friend, mother, daughter, sister, church-goer, volunteer, cook, baker, cleaner, taxi driver, errand runner, etc..and..

* anything else that comes up! For crying...trying to think of a list of everything I dream of covering is ridiculously difficult. Let's just read and write and see where God takes this, alright? You with me?! GOOD! And if you aren't, that is ok too, I will not hold it against you just because you don't "like" the posts on social media!

P.S. I enjoy making things. Something about creating something with your hands gives you a sense of purpose and joy. With that said, occasionally I may post things on here that I have made (with love) to give away or sell at discounted prices.
